Online Support Ticket System
The quickest and easiest support option, regardless of where you are at the moment. All you need is simple Internet access, and you can conveniently create new support tickets via an intuitive screen, access technical FAQs and downloads and, in addition, monitor the current status of all your inquiries. No access yet? Simply register.

 

Support inquiry via e-mail
You can also reach the support team by e-mail at support@d-velop.de during regular business hours. Please provide as much information about your problem as possible, preferably using our practical support checklist. This will help us shorten response times, and you will receive an answer to your question much quicker.

Your direct access to the d.velop Support Team. You can reach us during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET / CEST). Please keep your support checklist handy even when calling. The more information the support team receives from you, the quicker and better they can handle your inquiry.

 

Support-Login
Software downloads, hotfixes, Self Support FAQs, as well as other information are available to you via our exclusive customer login. You don’t have access data yet? Simply send a short e-mail to support@d-velop or call us at +49 2542 9307-6000.

 

Customer-portal
The brand-new customer portal grants access to the d.velop Master DVD download and more. Further services and features will be added to the portal, soon. In order to login you will have to REGISTER first.

 

License activation
You already received your license key with the master DVD of the software. Starting with d.3 version 6.3, activation is conveniently performed online. If your d.3 server is not equipped with Web access, you can also quickly activate your license by phone (+49 2542 9307-6000).
