Was sich vermeintlich einfach anh\u00f6rt, ist in der praktischen Umsetzung oft schwieriger als gedacht.<br>Warum das so ist und was man dagegen tun kann, dass erkl\u00e4re ich in diesem Artikel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was die meisten Anwender als erste Erfahrung machen, ist folgende:<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-23713-1\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/office-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/office-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4\">https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/office-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn es umst\u00e4ndlich ist zun\u00e4chst beide Fenster nebeneinanderzulegen, so scheint es doch immer noch am intuitivsten, die Ablage auf die gezeigte Art via Drag &amp; Drop vorzunehmen.<br>Tats\u00e4chlich wird ein Anwender dabei aber scheitern \u2013 wie im Video gezeigt. Stand heute (Januar 2021) unterst\u00fctzt Microsoft diese Art der Ablage nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiter geht die Reise. Die meisten Anwender gehen daher im n\u00e4chsten Schritt oft wie folgt vor:<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-23713-2\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/outlook-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/outlook-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4\">https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/outlook-teams-integration-fehlt.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die E-Mail wird aus Outlook heraus zun\u00e4chst auf dem Desktop und von dort aus in Teams abgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist umst\u00e4ndlich und stellt in der t\u00e4glichen Arbeit keine echte Office Teams oder Outlook Teams Integration dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-welche-alternativen-gibt-es\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"welche-alternativen-gibt-es\"><\/span>Welche Alternativen gibt es?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft stellt einen einfachen Trick bereit:<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-23713-3\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/microsoft-teams-e-mail-adresse-abrufen.mp4?_=3\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/microsoft-teams-e-mail-adresse-abrufen.mp4\">https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/microsoft-teams-e-mail-adresse-abrufen.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeder Kanal ist automatisch \u00fcber eine eigene E-Mailadresse erreichbar, wie auch hier bei <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/de-de\/office\/tipp-senden-einer-e-mail-an-einen-kanal-2c17dbae-acdf-4209-a761-b463bdaaa4ca\">Microsoft direkt nachzulesen<\/a> ist. Leite ich z.B. eine E-Mail an diese E-Mailadresse weiter, so wird die E-Mail automatisch unter <em>Dateien<\/em> abgelegt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwar ist die gerade beschriebene Office Teams Integration ein Beispiel f\u00fcr eine real funktionierende M\u00f6glichkeit, Dokumente\/E-Mails abzulegen. In der gelebten Praxis ist das jedoch h\u00e4ufig umst\u00e4ndlich. Warum? Als Anwender habe ich die Adresse des jeweiligen Teams oft nicht direkt im Ged\u00e4chtnis, zumal die E-Mailadressen einem Muster folgen, dass ich mir als Anwender nur schwer merken kann. Beispiel f\u00fcr eine E-Mailadresse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:Zufallsnummer.Kanalname.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms\">Zufallsnummer.Kanalname.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da ich mir die Adresse nur schwer merken kann, m\u00fcsste ich die gerade gezeigten Schritte vermutlich sehr h\u00e4ufig wiederholen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schreiben der E-Mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wechsel zu MS Teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auswahl des relevanten Kanals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Mailadresse des Kanals anzeigen lassen und kopieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Mailadresse des Kanals in das Feld CC \/ Kopie eintragen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-Mail versenden<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Weg ist, genauso wie der Umweg \u00fcber die Desktopablage, oft zu umst\u00e4ndlich und zu langwierig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soll die E-Mail zus\u00e4tzlich in bestimmte Unterordner einsortiert werden, so erg\u00e4ben sich weitere manuelle Schritte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-d-velop-verschafft-durch-seine-office-teams-integration-abhilfe-und-ermoglicht-einfache-drag-amp-drop-ablage-direkt-aus-office-amp-outlook\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"dvelop-verschafft-durch-seine-office-teams-integration-abhilfe-und-ermoeglicht-einfache-drag-drop-ablage-direkt-aus-office-outlook\"><\/span>d.velop verschafft durch seine Office Teams Integration Abhilfe und erm\u00f6glicht einfache Drag &amp;
