<\/span>Was ist eine Einkaufsorganisation?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bei der Einkaufsorganisation handelt es sich um eine organisatorische Einheit im Unternehmen, welche Materialien oder Dienstleistungen einkauft und somit der Kern der Beschaffung eines Unternehmens ist. Die Einkaufsorganisation ist f\u00fcr die Verhandlung der Lieferkonditionen zust\u00e4ndig sowie rechtlich f\u00fcr alle Einkaufsvorg\u00e4nge verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Welche Organisationsebenen gibt es im Kontext der SAP Einkaufsorganisation?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Mandant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Die Unternehmensstruktur im SAP-System besteht grunds\u00e4tzlich aus einem Mandanten, welcher eine Gruppierung von rechtlichen, organisatorischen oder administrativen Einheiten mit einem gemeinsamen Zweck – beispielweise ein Konzern – abbildet. Die Daten der Mandanten sind strikt voneinander getrennt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buchungskreis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Der sogenannte Buchungskreis ist die Firma oder Tochtergesellschaft, welche eine rechtlich selbstst\u00e4ndige, gem\u00e4\u00df den Vorschriften bilanzierende Einheit innerhalb eines Mandanten darstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Werk<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Das Werk ist zum Beispiel eine Produktionsst\u00e4tte oder eine Niederlassung. Es ist eine Betriebsst\u00e4tte innerhalb eines Buchungskreises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Einkaufsorganisation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In einer Organisation gibt es ein oder mehrere Einkaufsorganisationen, welche sich in verschiedene Einkaufsgruppen aufgliedern lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Wie strukturiere ich meine SAP Einkaufsorganisation?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nun wissen wir, was ein Mandant, ein Buchungskreis und ein Werk ist und dass der Mandant ganz oben in der Unternehmensorganisation steht, darunter der Buchungskreis und abschlie\u00dfend das Werk. Doch es gibt so einige M\u00f6glichkeiten, die Organisationseinheiten verschieden zu organisieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konzernbezogener Einkauf:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Der konzernbezogene Einkauf beinhaltet mehrere Buchungskreise mit mehreren Werken, f\u00fcr die eine Einkaufsorganisation zust\u00e4ndig ist. Ein alternativer Begriff ist die buchungskreis\u00fcbergreifende Einkaufsorganisation. Diese Einkaufsorganisation hat die meisten Rechte von allen, da sie buchungskreis\u00fcbergreifend beschaffen darf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firmenbezogener Einkauf:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Der firmenbezogene Einkauf besteht aus einer oder mehreren Einkauforganisationen, welche jeweils nur f\u00fcr einen Buchungskreis zust\u00e4ndig sind. Diese Form des Einkaufs wird auch werks\u00fcbergreifende Einkaufsorganisation genannt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Werksbezogener Einkauf:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Beim werksbezogenen Einkauf ist eine Einkaufsorganisation nur f\u00fcr ein Werk zust\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei dem konzernbezogenen und firmenbezogenen Einkauf handelt es sich um eine zentrale Einkaufsorganisation und bei dem werksbezogenen Einkauf wird demnach dezentral eingekauft.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/span>Warum gliedert man SAP Einkaufsorganisationen in mehreren Stufen?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Als Beispiel bewegen wir uns in der Automobilindustrie: Es gibt Produkte, wie zum Beispiel Reifen, welche f\u00fcr sehr viele verschiedene Autos bei der Produktion verbaut werden. An der Stelle macht es Sinn, als buchungskreis\u00fcbergreifende Einkaufsorganisation die Reifen f\u00fcr verschiedene Firmen (Buchungskreise) und Werke zu beschaffen. So k\u00f6nnen bessere Lieferkonditionen ausgehandelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn es sich um markenspezifische Produkte handelt, wie zum Beispiel das Markenzeichen eines Autos, welche nur einer Firma (Buchungskreis) in der Organisation zugeordnet werden, dann ist eine werks\u00fcbergreifende Einkaufsorganisation von Vorteil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geht es um die Beschaffung von Werkzeug oder B\u00fcromaterial f\u00fcr ein ganz bestimmtes Werk, macht eine werkbezogene Einkaufsorganisation Sinn, weil diese Materialien nur f\u00fcr das Werk verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch auch innerhalb der Einkaufsorganisation l\u00e4sst sich \u00fcber die Organisation sprechen, denn je gr\u00f6\u00dfer die Einkaufsabteilung, desto komplexer der Einkaufsprozess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t

Der digitale Purchase-to-Pay Prozess<\/a> erstreckt sich von der Bedarfsmeldung \u00fcber die Bestellung, Auftragsbest\u00e4tigung, Lieferung und endet bei der Rechnungsverarbeitung. Er spiegelt den gesamten Einkaufsprozess wider und definiert die einzelnen Stufen. Laut der Devise \u201eSo kompliziert wie n\u00f6tig, so einfach wie m\u00f6glich\u201c, werden mit dem digitalen Purchase-to-Pay Prozess Durchlaufzeiten verringert und Medienbr\u00fcche verhindert, um mehr Transparenz zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
