Dabei ist das Kerngesch\u00e4ft des b\u00f6rsennotierten Unternehmens das Leasing von Produkten der B\u00fcrokommunikation. 2021 erwirtschaftete die Grenke AG mit ihren 1.900 Mitarbeiter:innen rund 2,4 Milliarden Euro in Neugesch\u00e4ften.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dokumentenhandling-und-migration-von-125-millionen-dokumenten\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"dokumentenhandling-und-migration-von-125-millionen-dokumenten\"><\/span>Dokumentenhandling und Migration von 125 Millionen Dokumenten<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch das sehr kleinteilige Leasinggesch\u00e4ft entsteht ein hohes Dokumentenvolumen, das mit verschiedenen Prozessen gemanagt wird. Ein kleiner Einblick in die digitalen Dokumentenprozesse: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Archivierung:<\/strong> Dokumente werden archiviert und wiederverwendet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rechnungsmanagement:<\/strong> Einzelne Rechnungsprozesse und der gesamte Zyklus der Abrechnung, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abschl\u00fcsse: <\/strong>Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschl\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Dokumentenhandling spielt somit in fast allen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/themen\/geschaeftsprozesse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen<\/a> der Grenke AG eine Rolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Migration in das DMS-System der d.velop<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das bestehende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.d-velop.de\/software\/dokumentenmanagement-system\">DMS<\/a> der Aktiengesellschaft sollte durch <a href=\"https:\/\/store.d-velop.com\/de\/d.velop-documents\/10001602.1\">d.velop documents <\/a>ersetzt werden.
